Managing Committee
Dedicated to community welfare and development
Our society is managed by a dedicated team of professionals elected annually by the residents. The managing committee works tirelessly to ensure the highest standards of living, transparent governance, and continuous improvement of community facilities.
Committee elections are held every year in December. All residents in good standing (dues paid, no major violations) are eligible to vote and contest elections.

Mr. Ahmad Khan
President
Over 25 years of community management experience. Former city planner with expertise in urban development and infrastructure management.
Mrs. Fatima Ali
Vice President
Community organizer and social worker. Leads resident welfare initiatives and coordinates community events and celebrations.
Mr. Usman Sheikh
General Secretary
Manages day-to-day administration, resident communications, meeting minutes, and official correspondence with government authorities.
Dr. Saima Riaz
Finance Secretary
Chartered accountant overseeing society finances, budgeting, audit, and ensuring transparent financial reporting to residents.
Engr. Bilal Ahmed
Maintenance & Infrastructure Head
Civil engineer responsible for infrastructure maintenance, construction projects, and utility management across the community.
Mr. Rizwan Malik
Security & Safety Head
Former police officer with expertise in security management, emergency response planning, and resident safety programs.

You can reach the managing committee through the following channels:

- In Person: Committee meetings are held on the first Saturday of every month at 4:00 PM in the Community Hall. All residents are welcome to attend.
- Suggestion Box: A suggestion box is located at the management office entrance. All suggestions are reviewed during committee meetings.
Committee members are also available during office hours at the management office for individual concerns. Please call ahead to schedule an appointment.
